• Customized, OEM, or CSR/tender-based orders are binding once confirmed.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery timelines are indicative and may vary due to courier or logistics issues.

• Incredible India Art is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers or force majeure events.

• Risk passes to the customer upon dispatch.

4. Return & Refund Policy

• Retail customers may be eligible for refunds or replacements as per our Return & Refund Policy.

• International customers are eligible only for replacements, subject to conditions stated in the Refund Policy.

• Customized, OEM, white label, CSR, corporate, PO, or tender orders are strictly non-returnable, non-cancellable, and non-refundable.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

• All customer information is collected, used, and safeguarded in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

• We do not sell or misuse personal, corporate, or CSR-related data.

6. Corporate / CSR / OEM Orders

• Orders placed via Purchase Orders, CSR agreements, tender bids, or OEM/white label arrangements are treated as legally binding contracts.

• Once accepted, such orders cannot be cancelled, refunded, or returned.

• Confidential product specifications and branding elements are handled as per NDAs or mutual agreements.

7. Limitation of Liability

• All our toys and handicrafts are handmade; minor variations in color, texture, or finish are natural and not considered defects.

• Damage during transit is not our responsibility, though we ensure safe packaging.

• Our liability is limited to the value of the order placed.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.

• All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.

9. Updates to Terms

• We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Changes will be effective from the date of publication on our website.
