Return & Refund Policy

At Incredible India Art, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade wooden toys and handicrafts. Each item is carefully made and inspected before dispatch. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund & Return Eligibility

For Indian Customers

1. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

2. Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to be eligible for return/refund.

3. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.

For International Customers

1. For orders outside India, refunds are not applicable.

2. Only replacement requests can be made within 14 days of delivery, provided the customer is willing to bear both the return courier cost and the reshipment cost.

2. Order Cancellations

• Online website or app orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement for a full refund.

• Other orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement or before dispatch.

• Once shipped, cancellations are not permitted.

3. Non-Refundable & Non-Cancellable Orders

• All orders that are customized or made as per customer demand are non-returnable, non-cancellable, and no refund will be initiated.

• Sale or discounted items.

• Gift cards or vouchers.

4. Important Notes

• All our toys are handmade, and minor variations in finish/appearance are natural and part of the craft.

• We ensure safe packaging; however, damage during transit is not our responsibility.

5. Process for Return/Replacement

1. Contact our customer support team at hello@incredibleindiaart.com with your order details, photos of the product (if defective/incorrect), and reason for request.

2. Our team will review your request and provide return/replacement instructions.

3. Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will process your refund (for India) or send a replacement (for international orders).

Corporate / CSR Terms & Conditions

For Corporate, CSR, Government, Institutional, or Tender Orders, the following conditions strictly apply:

1. No Cancellation Policy

   • Orders placed via Purchase Order (PO), CSR commitments, tender bids, or bidding processes cannot be cancelled once confirmed.

2. No Return or Refund

   • Such orders are non-returnable and non-refundable, as they are produced strictly as per specifications mentioned in the PO/tender.

3. Customization Obligation

   • All products manufactured as per corporate/CSR requirements or government tender conditions are considered customized goods, hence non-returnable and non-cancellable.

4. Jurisdiction

   • All disputes, if any, will fall strictly under the Delhi jurisdiction.
